
Cuddy & Feder LLP is pleased to announce that Daniel L. Conant has joined the firm as an Associate in the Land Use, Zoning & Development, Digital Infrastructure, and Energy & Environmental groups. Based in the firm’s White Plains office, Dan will support clients in navigating zoning regulations, securing land use approvals, and advancing development projects across the region.
Dan’s practice focuses on obtaining entitlements for commercial, mixed-use, and residential developments. He brings experience in zoning and planning board applications, site plan approvals, variances, subdivisions, environmental due diligence, and real estate transactions. He has also represented clients in administrative appeals and regulatory compliance matters.
Dan earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where he served as Acquisitions Editor for the Pace Environmental Law Review. He holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Dickinson College and is admitted to practice in both Connecticut and New York.
