Cuddy & Feder attorney Seth M. Pavsner was recently featured on News 12 in connection with a lawsuit filed on behalf of Town of Greenburgh homeowners facing severe flooding damage. The case involves claims against the Town for failing to maintain and repair a deteriorating municipal drainage system that has caused repeated property damage over the course of many years.

In his interview, Seth explained that the homeowners pursued every possible avenue before initiating litigation. “The plans [the Town] proposed did not sync up with the language of the resolution [the Town adopted] and when our clients raised that with the Town and said, hey there is a problem here, what you said you’d do and what you’re now giving us a map proposing what to do, are two different things, what’s going on? The Town threw its hands up and refused to act,” said Pavsner.
