As a member of the firm’s Land Use, Zoning & Development, Energy & Environmental and Digital Infrastructure groups, his practice includes all aspects of land use, clean energy, real estate development, planning and zoning, as well as wireless telecommunications siting and related matters.
Alec regularly represents residential and commercial developers, solar and clean energy companies, farm operations and small businesses before municipal permitting agencies. Clients consult with Alec on various aspects of development and seek his advice regarding New York’s State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), Agriculture and Markets Law, and numerous other federal, state and local laws regulating development. He regularly appears before Planning Boards, Legislative Boards, Zoning Boards and other permitting boards and agencies.
