LotusWorks Wellness, Inc. Secures Microbusiness License for Cannabis Retail and Cultivation

Cuddy & Feder client, LotusWorks Wellness, Inc., has secured a cannabis microbusiness license from the NY Office of Cannabis Management for a retail store in Beacon. This license enables LotusWorks, a minority-owned business, to sell their craft cannabis product from the Hudson Valley directly to consumers at their existing art and wellness space on Main Street.  Cuddy & Feder’s attorneys assisted in the State application process and various other aspects of preparing the cannabis business for operations, including land use & zoning matters, lease negotiations, entity formation considerations and related issues.
