Cuddy & Feder’s Secures $425,000 Judgment and Swift Collection in Construction Project Lawsuit
Josh Kimerling, Chair of the Litigation Department at Cuddy & Feder, prevailed in obtaining a $425,000.00 judgment for a client in a breach of contract commercial lawsuit arising out of a construction project. Once the judgment was secured, Josh quickly maneuvered in his judgment collection efforts, including freezing a bank account of the judgment creditor. Thereafter the case was quickly able to be settled.
