Cuddy & Feder Partner and Litigation Department Chair Josh Kimerling successfully represented a co-owner of a closely held corporation in a shareholder dispute in Federal Court in New York. In successfully defending his client against claims of breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty, Josh was able to secure a decisive win at the outset of the case by defeating the other shareholder's motion to freeze company distributions.
