Cuddy + Feder Secures Site Plan Approval for One Vine Street in Mamaroneck

Cuddy + Feder attorneys William Null and Hailey Pedicano secured site plan approval for One Vine Street, a proposed 33-unit apartment building, including 4 Affordable Units and 34 parking spaces, adjacent to the Larchmont train station in the Town of Mamaroneck. The One Vine building will replace an existing auto repair shop. The Planning Board voted unanimously to approve the application at its September 30 special meeting.

The One Vine building also proposes to construct and operate a pedestrian elevator connecting Vine Street to the train station parking lot, subject to separate approvals, along with improvements for off-site stormwater management, and neighborhood landscaping.

The Firm continues to assist with coordinating the project, including coordination with the Town Board on the elevator.
