Cuddy & Feder Partner and Litigation Department Co-Chair Josh Kimerling successfully represented a client who faced two lawsuits seeking to enforce promissory notes alleged to be in excess of $1,000,000.00. The New York State Supreme Court for Westchester County granted two separate motions to dismiss by Cuddy & Feder, thereby dismissing both actions in all respects.
