He serves as outside general counsel to clients across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, guiding transactions that include venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, fund formations, and complex cross-border deals. Jason’s background as a transactions lawyer includes representing companies and investors in multimillion-dollar venture capital transactions, structuring private equity and fund agreements, and managing the sale of a venture-backed company in a $350 million acquisition.
Jason’s practice also extends to real estate transactions that intersect with corporate deals, including property acquisitions, leasing, and financing for companies expanding into new markets. His experience allows him to provide integrated counsel that aligns business growth with real estate and financial strategies.
Before joining Cuddy & Feder, Jason led his own corporate law firm and held senior roles at boutique and national firms, where he launched new offices, developed emerging practice areas, and built a blockchain securities practice. He also founded and successfully exited a venture-backed technology startup.
