Casey is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Group. He has represented institutional lenders, as well as individual and corporate borrowers, purchasers, and sellers, in varied commercial real estate, transactional and corporate matters.

Mr. Delaney received a BA from Emory University, and received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School, where he interned at the Corporate & Real Estate Clinic. He also spent a year studying architecture at John Cabot University in Rome.

Cuddy & Feder LLP is pleased to announce that Casey Delaney has joined the firm as Associate in the Real Estate Practice Group, where he represents institutional lenders, as well as individual and corporate borrowers, purchasers, and sellers, in varied commercial real estate, transactional and corporate matters.
New York State imposes an excise tax on the privilege of recording a mortgage. Known simply as the “mortgage recording tax,” the tax actually consists of several distinct taxes with rates ranging from $0.25 to $1.75 for each $100 of principal indebtedness secured, of which at any time may become secured, by the mortgage.
