Sy Gruza

Environment & Sustainability, Land Use & Zoning, Telecommunication

Sy is Special Counsel with the firm and concentrates his practice in land use, zoning and environmental law. He has extensive experience appearing before municipal boards on both land use applications and environmental matters, as well as State Environmental Quality Review Act hearings. His environmental expertise encompasses due diligence reviews in connection with real estate transactions, obtaining wetland, air emission and water discharge permits from state and federal agencies, administrative hearings, brownfield development, and remediation of hazardous substances.
