acquisition, remediation and development of a complex to be located in White
Plains, New York. Obtained 100% abatement for mortgage and sales tax and
significant abatement of project real estate tax.
- Representation
of not-for-profit corporation in the acquisition of its headquarters
facility financed by industrial development revenue bonds in excess of
$3,000,000.
- Representation
of numerous not-for-profit entities (e.g.: YMCA, school for special needs
children, social services agency, boys & girls club, historic building
site, music conservancy, in-school student anti-substance abuse agency and
the like) in tax-exempt bond financings, the proceeds of which were used to
