Ruth E. Roth

Ruth is a Partner in the firm and practices in land use, planning, zoning, environmental law and related litigation. She represents major developers in connection with many of the largest real estate projects in Westchester County. Ruth has also practiced telecommunications law in connection with the siting and environmental issues surrounding cellular telephone towers, and represents a number of the largest corporations engaged in the cellular telephone business.
She began her career as Deputy Town Attorney in the Town of Greenburgh, Westchester County, New York, focusing on land use and real property development. Ruth was a principal participant in the drafting of New York's primary environmental law and has testified before numerous legislative committees in this area.
