The attorneys in Cuddy & Feder’s Litigation Department are accomplished legal tacticians, with strong track records of success. We have successfully handled, through trial and appeal, a broad array of commercial and personal disputes involving all aspects of real estate matters, complex business transactions, telecommunications, zoning and land use disputes, partnership, trademark and other business conflicts, as well as family and estate matters. In addition to our extensive experience in the various Federal and State courts, the team regularly represents clients before municipal, administrative and other regulatory and governmental agencies, as well as in arbitrations, mediations and all other manners of alternative dispute resolution.
