Eon S. Nichols

Real Estate/Transactional, Private/Public Finance

Eon is a Partner in the Real Estate/Transactional department and his practice includes all aspects of real estate transactions, both commercial and residential, real estate financing, commercial lending transactions and leasing. He is also involved in public finance transactions (Industrial Development Agency bond financing) and represents many borrowers, among them not-for-profit organizations and for-profit companies in tax-exempt and taxable bond financing. Additionally, he represents many not-for-profit organizations in real estate transactions, real estate financing, and other corporate matters such as dissolutions.

Eon simultaneously closed a $247 million straight-lease transaction with the Westchester County Industrial Development Agency and the purchase of property from the City of White Plains for $15.5 million, all on behalf of a national developer. He also closed a $4 million plus acquisition of real property and assets (including assets of a Malaysian corporation) on behalf of a manufacturing company.
