Barry is a Partner at the firm practicing in commercial real estate. His practice encompasses a broad range of commercial transactions involving sellers, purchasers and borrowers and includes major commercial office and retail leasing. As lead counsel, Barry has negotiated leases on behalf of owners, managers and tenants with respect to major tenant spaces in most of the significant buildings and properties located throughout Westchester County and in properties throughout Fairfield County, Connecticut, New York City and Long Island. His clients include international, national and local entities and entrepreneurs, as well as educational and not-for-profit organizations.
