Anthony F. Morando
Land Use & Zoning, Environment & Sustainability, Telecommunication
Anthony is an Associate in the firm’s Land Use & Zoning and Telecommunications departments and is a member of its inter-disciplinary Environment & Sustainability practice group. His practice includes all facets of land use, zoning, and environmental law, as well as wireless telecommunications siting and other areas associates with real estate development. As one of the firm's three LEED® AP attorneys, Anthony's work with the firm also focuses on assisting clients in responding to the growing regulatory environment of Greenhouse Gas and Climate Change Regulation.
While in law school, Anthony interned with the Westchester County Supreme Court, Office of the Administrtive Judge for the Ninth Judicial District.

Extracurricular
Anthony's interest in land use law stems from his early experiences in real estate development. At a young age, he participated with his family in the local development process. Anthony attributes his passion for solving land use issues to these experiences.
In his spare time, Anthony enjoys participating in sports and spending time with wife , family, and friends. Anthony has traveled to many places, and in 2005, he spent a winter semester studying abroad in Australia.
