Environmental considerations have become integral to virtually all real estate, corporate and financing transactions. To meet these demands, Cuddy & Feder maintains an environmental practice which complements all areas of the firm’s practice as well as functioning as a primary practice area in its own right. The environmental practice group handles the environmental, risk assessment and legal liability issues in pre-transaction due diligence and contract negotiation for real estate, corporate and financing matters as well as the litigation and settlement of such issues post-closing.
